Constructability Reviews

Once the build plans are complete, The Kidd Group reviews those plans to ensure that the expected design is accurately captured in the plans. We make sure that all details are explicitly defined in order to get the most accurate bid from subcontractors. We identify any areas of concern and recommend alternative solutions as needed.

Value Engineering

Our team of experts evaluate the scope of work and budget to identify any areas of cost savings. We pride ourselves in finding alternative solutions that accomplish your goals while saving money. Our goal is to ensure that projects are completed with integrity but do not cost more than they should.

Scheduling And Responsibility Matrix

The Kidd Group schedules your project from start to finish. We provide a responsibility matrix which shows who is responsible for what at each phase of the project. This helps identify long lead times to prevent the project from stalling. We also identify key milestones throughout the project to help you understand exactly where your project is at any given time.
