The Kidd Group remodeled office for a tenant in the St. David’s Foundation building located at 1303 San Antonio St. The space includes offices, conference rooms, break room, and an open area to hold receptions and events.
We have hired Galbraith Construction for several tenant improvement and finish out projects for the properties we manage. We continue to use them because of their responsiveness, ability to complete projects quickly without sacrificing quality, and overall professionalism. We have greatly enjoyed our relationship with the team and look forward to more projects with them.
