The Kidd Group completed a multi-phase remodel project for HDR. The 24,000 SF office space for includes multiple conference rooms, kitchen and break rooms, offices, multiple open cubicle area, and hangout spaces.

I have had a long-term good working relationship with The Kidd Group on many commercial Tenant-Finish projects over the years, including the build-out of office shell space and remodeling of office, medical and retail spaces. It’s a pleasure to experience the peace of mind in finding consistency in the quality of workmanship and level of professionalism demonstrated on each and every job.

The most recent includes a phased remodel in portions of an existing 24,000 SF lease space for a major engineering firm. Since the space is occupied, all work was coordinated after-hours on a specific schedule to meet the Tenant’s needs and timelines over a 5-month period, with all phases completed on time and without a glitch. This is primarily due to the hands-on supervision by their stellar Superintendent and coordination of the trades on their team. Maintaining good communication is key to a successful project from start to finish, and The Kidd Group excels in working with both Building Owners and Tenants so that all parties are satisfied with the end results each and every time.
