The Kidd Group remodeled this space in the St. David’s Foundation Building for one of their tenants. The remodel included conference rooms, kitchen and break room, offices, open cubicle area, and hangout spaces.
We have hired Galbraith Construction for several tenant improvement and finish out
projects for the properties we manage. We continue to use them because of their responsiveness, ability to complete projects quickly without sacrificing quality, and overall professionalism. We have greatly enjoyed our relationship with the team and look forward to more projects with them.
